Biography
Prof. Quazi Deen Mohammad was born in
Luxmipur, Faridpur. He passed SSC from Faridpur Zilla School and HSC from
Faridpur Rajendra College with high distinction. After graduation from Dhaka
Medical College in the year 1978 he entered into training in medicine in DMCH
& the then IPGMR. He passed FCPS (Medicine) in 1983 from Bangladesh College
of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS) and MD (Neurology) in 1994 from Dhaka
University. He did fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology in University
Hospital Madison USA in 1989. He received honorary FCPS in 2004 from College of
Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). He worked as Professor of Neurology in
DMCH since 1996. He was Principal in DMC from January 2004 to January 2012.
Afterwards he joined as Founder Director of National Institute of Neurosciences
& Hospital (NINS&H). He is the current President of BCPS.
